Thank you for contacting ACCESS Business Solutions, Inc. concerning selling your laser engraving system. ACCESS specializes in the sales and support of used laser engraving systems on a world wide basis.

Here is how our system works. We work with you to determine a target fair market value for your system. We then market your system to prospective customers. When a buyer is found, ACCESS requires 100% payment for the system before we ship the machine. When a sale is made, we contact you, inform you of the transaction, transfer payment to you on our agreed to price. We then prepare the machine for shipment and send it fully insured to the new customer. Depending on the machine, the age of the system, the amount of refurbishment we perform on it prior to selling it, we then give a minimum of a 30 day warranty (guarantee) on the system. If training or service is needed, ACCESS then provides that directly to the customer. You are not involved in any of the process after you have received your money for your machine.
