1. Classified ads are posted within seven days of receipt of ad plus
    payment of $100 for the first month and $50 dollars for each additional
    consecutive month.  Ads not paid for will be removed the day that the ad
    expires.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice.
 
3. Each ad must be submitted in writing via e-mail, fax or mail.
 
4. Access Business Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to edit ads and/or
    refuse to publish them for any reason they deem appropriate.
 
5. Ads may include text and/or pictures and may be limited per the
    discretion of Access Business Solutions, Inc.

6. Each ad will provide full contact information for the seller. Access
    Business Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for wrong or missing contact
    information.

7. Access Business Solutions, Inc. is not liable for the content of the
    ad, omissions, or errors.
 

8. The advertiser shall pay any and all defense of and hold Access
    Business Solutions, Inc. harmless against any and all liability or damages
    alleged to have resulted from the ad..

Company checks and/or credit cards will be accepted via this method. Subsequent ads will be billed as they are renewed.
